What a wonderful weekend we had! The Lord provided a beautiful, sunny, warm weekend for the Krewe of Centaur parade in Shreveport. Friends gathered from Texas - Curt, Lisa, Sharon, Kathy and Natalia and Louisiana - Kenneth, Elaine, Mac, Kathy, Charlie and Daniel for food, fun and a little bead catching Saturday! First on the schedule was Superior Grill for some of the best Mexican food and margaritas you'll ever have...
Next, we had our annual shot of Rumchata (water for the kids!). Kathy also brought some fancy chocolates with liquor in them and we toasted with those, too.
After the parade, it was back to the hotel for dinner and a little gambling. Had a room at Sam's Town Casino Hotel with a wonderful view of Bossier City, the Red River and Margaritaville Hotel where we stayed a couple of weeks ago!
