Heat wave

It's been hotter than usual in the United States and Louisiana is no exception.  While we're used to hot temperatures in the summer, it's been excessive even for us!  Yesterday, we watched church on TV, kept all the blinds closed and prayed our air conditioner kept running!  I took a picture each day this weekend of our weather station - outside temp is top left and heat index bottom left.  One good thing about the blazing temperatures is that it's pretty much burned all of the moisture out of the air.  The humidity levels are really low!!  Hope everyone is staying cool...:)
