I went over to visit Mum and Katie last Wednesday and we went to Nicky's Mexican Restaurant for dinner and shopping afterwards. We won't get many more of these fun evenings with Katie after mid November. She will leave for Arizona on her next travel assignment. We'll miss her terribly but are all so happy for her to be living her dream, seeing the country and meeting new people. She will learn so much and gain so much more confidence (if that's possible...she's pretty independent and confident already!), and touch so many lives. I know that God has big plans for my baby! We love you, Katie!!
